The Thank You Farmer Rice Pure Essential Toner is a toner formulated with a brightening blend of rice extract and other natural ingredients that work to reduce the appearance of dullness, uneven skin tone, and balance of oil-water content. Rice has been used in skincare since the ancient times, due to its ability to moisturize and brightening the skin. The rice that has been used in this products, is harvest from a pollution-free clean Gyodong Island (close to Ganghwa). The “rice water" have been used to create clear and smooth, cleanse, and moisturize skin.

How to use:

After washing your face, apply an appropriate amount of toner on a palm or a cotton pad, then gently put along the face. Use morning and night.
